COVID-19 Precautions
At CNB, the safety of our customers, employees, friends and family are most important.
- Effective March 18, 2020 - In response to the recent confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our community, we are taking additional precautionary measures by conducting all business through our Drive Thru lanes only, until further notice. Regular Drive Thru hours will apply at each location. Banking needs that cannot be accommodated in this manner will be available by appointment only by calling 870-773-4561.
- Effective March 23, 2020 – Drive Thru hours of operation will be 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and 8:30am-12:00pm on Saturday. The Fouke location will continue with normal hours, Drive Thru only.
As you restrict exposure to public areas, keep in mind:
- ATM’s are available at each branch location.
- Our website and mobile app provide the ability to bank from ANYWHERE! Pay bills, transfer money, make loan payments and deposit checks 24/7.
- Easy Access telephone banking, 870-774-BANK provides real time account information and the ability to transfer funds.
- Call us at 870-773-4561 for phone assistance.
Our website and Facebook page will have the most recent updates on CNB’s response to COVID-19.
